Amex MR problems - delivery probs

    I tried redeeming my MR points few months back (I have about 40K points) in the form of gift certs. but I never received any cards even after a month. I got tired of waiting, so I called amex and cancelled the request and they credited my points back. I ordered again few weeks back and I have the same problem. I have confirmed that they have the right address on file for me, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Amex keeps giving me the "wait for 2 more weeks before we reorder" crap. Who do I contact for this ? I know there is a problem somewhere, but MR CSRs are really not helpful.

    CAN THEY (CSR) SUBMIT THE ORDER FOR YOU???

    They can submit the order, but looks like the gift certs are not making it to the right address (or something else is wrong in their order processing system).
