CA #1 repeatedly called 4 calls within a two hour period, 2 calls within 10 minutes.

CA #2 an attorney using letterhead without a signature.

CA #3 called operator #1 gets smart when I ask them to spell their company name, ask for supervisor, the supervisor refuses to give any information, ask for compliance officer, you won't talk with him. Within 10 minutes I spoke directly with the OWNER, and 90 minutes later the compliance officer called me back. (Unfortunately for him, I had faxed in a no calls for a collection purpose fax. Ooops, answering the question of the OC makes the call for a collection purpose. - am I evil.)

1 account 3 suits no waiting...

Money in my pocket is better than the ink their letters are printed on... :)

You know, though, there are some CAs who are too lazy to do a Pacer search on first contact, or second, or third, or fourth... :)

It really would end up saving them a whole lot of enchiladas... :)

Curious...how many suits do you think you've won over the years against lazy collection agencies?
