    Howdy Sports Fans,

It's time to get serious about bringing up my score so I'm asking for your help.

Which service provides actual scores and not some "proprietary algorithm BS number" for all three CRAs? How often do they update and do they have a good online dispute system?

Also, which ones should I avoid?

    Thanks for your help.

All services use proprietary algorithm BS numbers.

FICO is the only one who can offer FICO scores; and even the disclaimer there notates that your lender may use a completely different FICO scoring model than the score that you receive through their site.

So, given that, which do you recommend?

I recommend myfico for the best paid service. It provides the closest accurate fico scores for $20 a month. Creditkarma.com is good for vantage scores and tracking adjustments to your credit report and it's free.
