Who currently has a 0.0% BT going on now? My fiancee maxed out his Cap 1 and needs to do a bt. He only has one other card and has very good credit. I am trying to get him a high limit card. Also, has anyone been approved for the Harrahs card from MBNA? They called me at home. Annie Just trying to keep the MAN's foot off my neck.
I would try for the Citibank card, which is offering a low APR. http://www.citibank.com/us/cards/chooser/index.htm the Plat. Select has a 0% for 12 months.

His credit will suffer if he stays too close to the CL (maxxed out, my problem too). At least a BT on a new CL would drop his ratios closer to 50%. Seems the credit agencies like to see 30 - 35% credit usage to avoid score penalties. Just be careful, wish I had.
