I've received that same offer as well as one for the citi smart card. Same 0% til August 2004, go to 10.24%. They sent me preapprovals for both cards via mail and email. They had also sent me a preapproval for the gold AAdvantage World card with the no preset limit which I took. I just go the card a few weeks ago. After I got the card the sent me the other offers.
