    The Citibank offer for 0% APR is for purchases only. There is a way to purchase money, you can purchase memberships of $1000 from CreditWorks through PayPal. Visit our Site for details or e-mail me at creditworks@msn.com You have to be a PayPal member. Each membership into the CreditWorks program gets you 11 checks of $100.

    How can you give away an extra 10 %

    $1,000.00 = 11 Cheques @ $100.00 Each ???

    Mike, we have been doing just that since May 1996, please visit our Site and check out our FAQ. It works for me.
    In reality, the 11 checks of $100 on a $1000 membership compute to 19.47% APR.
