one more time. I am i nterested in the 1-2 punch. however, I don't have any collection accounts. I have a CH 7 BK, and about 10-15 derogatory/CO tradelines that were included in the BK. How would one suggest I go about disputing those?
Are your CO's correctly reported as included in bankruptcy? I believe they should also be showing 0 balance. What are your scores? I have no direct experience with BK. Others can better comment on what effect this should have on your scores, post BK.
All accounts IIB are listed correctly. some say charge-off, as well. isn't that a double whammy? They can't come after me anymore..... Scores, according to TU daily pulls, are 663 TU 689 EQ, and 589 EX I want to dispute them just to see if they can be gotten rid of. 1-2 punch does not necessarily fit here.
