I'm sure if there was a 100% effective way, our wonderfully effective govt. would have found a way, wouldn't they? Sort of like McCarthy-ism and communist supporters. .. or anti-abortionist (who are generally extremist Christians) who kill doctors and women who perform/have abortions. Like I've said before, it would be SO much easier, if everyone was given "tracking" devices, so the govt. could differentiate between those who intend to do harm to people and those who don't. That would definitely eliminate all crime and terrorism and for the first time in history, everyone could live in a totally crime-free society. . . Wow, wouldn't that be great.. . . oops, i forgot about the Constitution and the whole reason this country was founded in the first place. . . .
