#1 Item wanted off during CHOD

Fingerhut!! They are the hardest ones to remove. I have had success with Trans Union removing them(after the 5th or 6th try), but I still have them on both Experian and Equifax. They are the only collection tradeline I have left on my reports.

USA Funds. I have six of them on my Experian report. They are the collection agency for my student loans and I find it impossible to remove them off of Experian.

 

If his student loan isn't off by then, that's what I pick, if not, either of the collections off hubbys reports. I'm not disputing my last derog during CHOD, I'm just leaving it alone til it falls off on it's own in DEC. I really want all 3 off though (I'm greedy! LOL>)

Hubby's ex-wife's credit cards. His debts are all paid off, but hers (assigned to her in divorce decree) she pays absolute minimums, so much so that the balances are INCREASING at 24.9% rate even after 3 years of paying.

Mine, I want lates from 4 years ago removed and paid/chargeoffs

 

BK off of EQ and Exp.

 

BK7 from 4-96 off all 3 CRA's.

 

This may seem crazy, but a stinking $32 dollar dental bill that the dentist billed as medical bill and verifies each and every time. It is due come off in May. I have fought this thing for all 7 years. I "fess up to what is mine, but if it is unjust, I call it so.

 

My two chargeoffs from FCNB and Cross Country from my EQ report. They are my only major derogs.

$500 satified judgement from 1999 on both EXP and EQ.

"Come on now.. just take it off!"

 

I also have a satified judgement that I would like tohave removed.

 

Conns Appliance turned me in 30 late over $1
wont goodwill over the phone, they act as if I tried to
stiff them for 10,000.

I would like my last derog. from TXU Electric for $100.00 to come off! That's not alot to ask for @ CHOD, is it? (it's 5 years old! Give me a break please!
