Listen to me very carefully, those items listed above are all deletions.

I have approximated my success to be right around 60%.

For every 10 disputes sent.....6 have been deleted.

This is good enough for me.

Although it does not mean it will be this simple once I get down to just a few hold outs.

But yes, to answer your question, those are the deletions I have gotten in 1 months worth of work with each respective CRA.

    Snake,

Did you dispute all of these accounts at once? Or just a few every couple of weeks? Also, how did you manage to get all of the judgements deleted? I don't have as many judgements, but I'd sure like to get them deleted.

WHooO.....those are a lot of deletions!

    Share the details......

What did you do? Did you request validation
---> then dispute with the CRA's?

Did you have old addy's removed from your reports before your disputes?

Or did ya' just dispute everything with no "Prep" work?

Also, kind of curious, but what was your reason you gave to the CRA's for the dispute?

Whoa whoa whoa! One question at a time.

Lol...I am psyched too, but here is what I did...

    1. I deleted all old addresses.

    2. I sent val letters to all OC/CA, or any other neg accounts.

    3. I then sent dispute to all three CRA's disputing the items as not mine or never late.

    4. I did this with everything.

    5. I received dissapointing letters back from most requesting more info or calling me frivolous but I responded with my version of their frivolous letter.

    6. I then disputed online with EX and EQ. TU's online dispute Sux.

    7. I then called all of the CA's with their alleged violations from updating without disclosing I was disputing or other violations I knew I had them on from my process.

    8. They then were willing to delete for payment. Most I payed in full some I didn't. All in all about 3k.

    9. With all these deletions going on because of about 14 settled CA accounts, I assume things were hectic and "other" accounts got deleted w/o even being disputed!

    10. Then through the process, I received notification just like they are sipposed to do that they were either deleting or verifying.

Not all accounts that I disputed were deleted. It makes me laugh when you look at my list of deletions and say wow! That list isn't even half of all the negatives on my three bureaus.

So that's my story. The only real bad stuff left now are judgments and BK's. Though I must tell you that the investigation for those is still not up! I will let you know!

Just copying and pasting your results in, is easiest.

Great job my friend. You can be proud now. :)

    Keep up the awesome work.

Seems like you did all prep work via creditor validation and address deletion before blindly sending in the disputes to the CRA's.

    Nice Job Snake!

    Yes, I did.

But it is far from being done. Every week I have to send a request for an old address to be deleted from one or two of my bureaus. Each time a creditor or CA updates, it puts that old address back on as either a current or a past address.

But that is small potatos. The hardest part I have had is keeping track of who deleted what!

I keep a running tally on a marker board on my wall. If times are slow a certain week when it comes to getting what I want, I can look at what I have accomplished and be thankful.

That is key. Even in earliest of my still early days, just getting old/bad addys and an ancient bad TL's deleted was enough to make me realize, along with the testimonies on these boards, that it is indeed possible to, shift the track my financial future.

I keep track, too, only in binders, one for each CRA: letters, responses, results etc. And one for random other coresspondenses-which will each get their own binder if it becomes necessary (hopefully not).

I like your wall board idea, though. But I am paranoid. Would have to take it down every time I had a visitor! :)

My "visitors" all know my credit sucks! People I have come to my house understand our circumstances behind our bad credit.

I also have a folder for every neg acct. or every CA or CRA. Each one has every letter and response including details of what day what was sent and when to expect an answer back.

    Being organized is key.
