I challanged a BAL.(First USA) on my CR. Received a letter from OC stating they are unable to determine my responsiblity for debt. They will inform CRA's to mark as disputed on CR. I want it removed... What can I do? Again most grateful for any imput! brebadc

Re: Re: 1 more question Have you disputed with the CRA yet? You already know that the OC can't verify so dispute it with the CRA. If the OC can't verify it to you and they "somehow" verify it to the CRA then they will have some 'splaining to do!
