Yes this is a mortgage that has been offered by a few of the larger conventional lenders for about 6 mos. now. Part of the reason that some of the lenders are now offering this type of loan is to prevent problems in relationship to the old "red lining" that most did years ago. fla-tan
Right now is the time to buy a house, in my opinion, because the mortgage bankers are doing almost anything to get people laons. My friend, in Houston, told me she can get a loan for anyone 500+. that to me is amazing. Example, if a couple moved from Point A to Point B and only one has a job there are companies out there that will allow the spouse to include her/his future income in the mortgage qualification. That's why I hoped you could give us a program name. Does it have one? Perhaps there is something on the Freddie Mac site. Or, is it a secret? ------------------------------------------------ Date: Mon, 19 Aug 2002 10:13:28 -0400 Wrom: TZRCLBDXRQBGJSNBOHMKHJYFMYXOEAIJJPHSCR Organization: PMC Mortgage Corporation To: Greg Fisher <gfisher@erinet.com> Subject: Re: You're on Thanks for writing. I was referring to a program offered through mortgage brokers by Wells fargo. Check with brokers in your area to see if it's available. -Henry Savage
Thanks, Greg, for the Wells Fargo link. If the guy does give a specific program name, please post it here. Thanks again,
