I can't freaking believe it. I went on to TU today and saw that my TU FAKO was 565 after being 464 for so long, even after 6 deletions. Last month, I got a wild hair up my you know what and decided to on-line dispute 4 toughies that weren't budging. Well, they came off when I checked my report today. So far, this has been my success: Transunion March '02: 16 Baddies 464 Score Sept '02: 5 Baddies 565 Score Equifax March: 15 Baddies 513 Score Sept: 6 Baddies 552 Score Experian March: 17 Derogs 556 Score Sept: 4 Derogs 627 Score Now, I'm going to keep on working on the rest of the baddies, which have all been tough, and start rebuilding my credit. Note to newbies...keep on with your journey. It will eventually start to pay off.
I spent 9 months removing 15 items off my reports, my EQ score is ranging 745 to 774 in the last 3 months
Rblues how many good tradelines do you have in each credit report? also what do you plan on doing as far as creating good tradelines?/ After everything is said and done for me I should have only 2 good tradelines in each report.. a store card starting from 98 and a CC starting about 5 months ago..... I wonder what my scored will look like
Congrats!! See what happens when you are persistent? I used to hate TU since it used to be my lowest score of around 582 for months. Well now only a few months later it is 732 from online disputing.
WTG Good work. I know persistance is the key to this and lets not forget patience!! It's the waiting patiently part that drives me insane
Well, that's the thing...I don't have any really good tradlines to speak of. I have a paid off auto loan, but that's littered with lates. I have one paid CC that was changed to paid never late after nutcasing and I have pays as agreed student loans. That's about it. As far as rebuilding goes, I'm going to have to start from the bottom, most likely with secured cards for awhile until the ultra baddies fall off next year.
