I started my first dispute process using the forum suggestions on July 5th. To date I have accomplished 11 deletions from all 3 reports. I got rid of all the incorrect Crap One postings along with entries from an unlicensed CA trying to collect past the SOL and some others. This is what remains: 1 neg entry left on EQ with Americredit with no positive entries 1 neg entry left on EX with Americredit with no positive entries 0 negs on TU with one very old positive account that is inactive Americredit will be 7 years in March 2005. I don't want to dispute them again before that time because it is my only TL. If they get deleted I will have no FICO score. What is the best way to start rebuilding? Should I try a secured Patelco loan or something else? FICO scores: TU 720 EX 618 (FAKO) EQ 640
Congratulations Credit6949, That's great! I, too, would welcome rebuilding ideas. I've read on here that several people have used Orchard Card for a positive TL and several others say a Fleet or American Pacific secured card is good. Continued blessings on your journey!
