We followed directions and sent a PF to Cap 1. We never did hear from Eugene Cook or anyone by phone. However a $1K limit increase was given to each of us as we saw the new limits when we got on the website to view our accounts. It took almost 2 weeks to show up. Maybe people at Cap 1 are on vacation. Anyway we are very grateful. Our accounts are 4 years old. we always pay on time since our BK in '97. Thanks everyone and Cap 1.
