Has anyone heard about this? I just found this site because I have a listing on my report from these people although for the life of me I do not ever remember having a credit card with them. I'm still waiting for my "Class Action". I was one of the dummys that was burned on Kmart stock, and filled out that online also. I was lucky to only lose just under 20% though, some people never got out in time and lost around 95% on that alone. If anything happens on these class action lawsuits expect to usually see about a couple of pennies to the dollar loss. Give or take of course.
