1st credit card approved since BK!

    I applied online for an Orchard Bank Mastercard on Sunday night. It's my first time applying for a credit card since my BK was discharged 2/03. I got an email today that I was approved for an unsecured card with a $500 limit!!! YAHOO!!

    I wish I had started rebuilding my credit sooner, now I know. Thank God for the advice on this board. Had to say thank you!!!

    Your first step toward your next bankruptcy :p J/k. I was discharged in June...got mine in Sept with $300 limit (minus fee).

    Congrats! Now charge only stuff you can pay in full each month...and build up that credit.
