I have been reading & reading & reading, My SOL has been reached on many if not all old credit accounts. I have a number of collections & chargeoffs. I have just sent my address and name correction letter last week.

My queston is should I send one dispute letter asking for the information be verified has accurate for all the negative items or start with one or two at a time???

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks,

Some will differ but I usually advise to dispute all the tradelines in the first dispute. This is because one will typically see the most deletions during the first set of communications.

However, you can pick some of the more obvious inaccurate one's if you are confident those will be deleted.

    There is no set rule.
