My first round of validation letters are going out today. In the mean time I am going to read the FCRA and the FDCPA. I am going to wait 30 days and then send estoppel if nothing happens. Here are some questions I have. *How long after receipt of my letter must the CA report the item in dispute? *I have read somewhere else to wait only 5 days after receipt and call the attorney general's office in that state if they don't mark the TL in dispute. Are tactics like this effective and should I use them? Thanks --Delgato
