Your post says validation letter (which you send to a CA), but it sounds like you are asking about dispute letters to CRAs. Multiple complaints - yes Late payments - if you dispute as "never late" the first time, keep in mind you have backhand admitted the account is yours. Its USUALLY best to start out with not mine disputes and work you way backwards. Judgments - Yes you can dispute anything on your report
