The same debt is listed on 2 different CRA's, both reporting the last few months, different Ca's, same address. Should I send a validation letter to each ca, at the same address? I know that sounds kind of dumb, but I am wondering what would happen if CRA#1 validates, and I did not send a validation letter to the ca on their report. Would I be able to use the validation (or lack thereof, hopefully) to send to them for deletion?? Thanks!
I would send a letter to both because sometimes they are owned by the same company and they just use different names. Like Gulf State and OSI. I not sure what you were asking in your 2nd question.
Thanks for replying. Sorry I did not explain this better. What I am saying is that 2 credit bureaus show the same two debts, but on one report they are listed with ca #1, on the other report the same two debts are listed with ca#2.Both ca's are at the same address.
