This one is too funny, I sent validation to NCO a few weeks ago regarding an account, just 2 days ago they sent me copies of statements, I requested much more, I was in the middle of sending them a letter idicating what they sent was partial validation, today, I recieve a letter from another collection agency trying to collect on the same debt. This will be too much fun...........

i sent an estoppel to nco then they sent me copies of the statements from cross country bank, although they are not in order, the amounts do not justify what they are trying to collect. If they continue to send the statements and nothing else how do you propose I reply to ensure it does not get reported as it isnt yet. the 2nd collection agency sent me a letter for the same account, no I do not know if they are affiliated how would one know? I was going to send the 2nd collection agency a letter stating that the account has already been frozen by my validation demand with another agency. If you have any further suggestions I would appreciate your input. Thank you. havent sent anything yet will wait your reply.
