What is it with EQuifax!!! I disputed the same item on all three of my reports. I got it deleted from EXP, TU, but EQu verified the debt is yours.... WTF, also the OC put chargeoff making payments for the note... That's a bold face Lie, i haven't made any pymts on this debt since 96...Granted it falls off next year, but i want the sucker off now. I cosigned and you know the spill the Primary didn't pay. I know good and well that EQ probably didn't do much of verification. Who could the other 2 delete and EQu verify. I need to challenge when, how and who they verified. Sent Validation no response, I'll certainly fire that off to EQu to support me also. It amazes me the difference in Data these bureaus have. Anyone had this happen to them?
