Hello Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I did not have the money to pay my two credit cards. They are now both in CO status. Earlier today, I contacted the one account and made payment arrangements. They said they would remove the CO status and put into Paid as Agreed. I am not sure they will do this. So will have to stay on top and probably follow up with a letter. The other company I tried to call was First Premier and when I put in my credit card number i was told to call a CA. Is there any hope for getting out of a charge off back to pays as agreed status? If so what is the best way to communicate, telephone or certified mail? Has anyone had this resolved before?
