I have 2 foreclosures on my credit report, Is there a way for me to get them removed? when I write the letter to the credit bureaus what documenation should I ask for so i can get them removed?? Thank you Tommy
I have two on mine also... THe lenders recently updated Transunion - they zero'd out the balances and monthly payments, and noted "foreclosure redeemed" My loans are non-recourse loans (the lenders cant collect legally because of the state laws - the money was used to purchase the homes) Are you saying there is a way to get them removed altogether?
