One utility charge off, and one 3X's 30 days late are gone. Yippee! On my new report, it says Promotional block, file blocked for promotional purposes. It won't allow me to do an online dispute either. Anyone know why?? It says I can email a dispute--anyone ever done this?? Also, I have a stubborn TL that just won't budge. My ?? is that on each CR it shows a different number of lates. Is that enough reason for deletion? Who do I dispute this with, as I've already tried twice w/ the CRA's??
You are going to have to go straight to the horse's mouth for those lates. Write a letter stating that they are reporing incorrect info to each of the CRA's. Don't give them the dates! Tell them that you want to know what information THEY have and then you will compare it to your credit reports.
