Hello all. I have 2 questions.

    1. Who is CAVALRYSPVII? If it is Cavalry Investments LLC or Cavalry LLC and they are a CA, I followed this link: http://www.geocities.com/resident_agent_info/residentagent.html and on the link for TX it shows "CAVALRY INVESTMENTS LLC

does not have an active Franchise Tax responsibility.
Therefore, no Certificate of Account Status is available" and

    CAVALRY LLC

This corporation is not in good standing as it has not satisfied all state tax requirements.
, what does all of that mean?

    2. Last November, I had noticed that Equifax was showing an address which I never lived at. I wrote them and asked them to change it and they did for a brief time aand then all of the sudden it was changed back. Then I found out that 2 months ago they sent a copy of my credit report to that address. So, someone other than myself had access to all of my information. I am assuming that this is a violation of some type, but I am not sure how to go about taking care of it. I don't need the answer spelled out, or drawn with a crayon on a napkin...LOL...just need to be pointed in the right direction. Thanks in advance.

    I'm confused...

Did Calvary pull an inquiry on your report? Are they the ones reporting that address as yours?

2*This is a good argument for address removals and the fact it could facilitate identity theft.

If it were me, then I would go the validation route with them. When the green card comes back, dispute the old address via phone, and then turn around and dispute the TL.

    Maybe that will work.
