2 Validation Ltr or Estoppel?

    I have sent out my 1st round of validation letters and now it is time to follow up.

    Do I need to send another letter or do I go estoppel on them?

    Are there some good sample letters for reference?

    this is how I did my validations..

    for the CAs that repsonded within the 30days but provided a half-assed attempt of validation I sent out an estoppel..

    for the CAs that didn't repsond I send a 2nd validation chance but with a 10-15 day limit followed by an estoppel

    I pretty much got all all of the desired results with an exception of 2 CAs in which I had to send an intent to Sue letter
