Just wanted to say thank you to you guys. i got a call from 1 of 4 coll. companies i sent crrr validation letters to. she informed i had a $188 credit w/them. so i asked what it was for and she said she had received my letter and after review of my acct. i have this credit and she will be deleting 3 medical collections off my cr. i think i may have had 5 or 6 accts. with them. she then went on to state i have a balance of $107 and i could apply the credit towards it. i told her i had asked for validation on that acct towards the end of june and never received anything from them or the oc (i even contacted the oc). so she told me if i would fax authorization to her she would get the info for me. i had made the mistake of faxing something in june (which they must have lost or misplaced...thank goodness). so i told her sure i'll fax something (yea right) but that i wanted my cc credited and i am not paying for the outstanding bill until i get validation that i owe it. i hope the 3 other coll. companies give me good news like this one......
