I entered a dispute this weekend with EQ. I went in to check on it. Low and behold they have a 3-day turn around scheduled for it. THREE DAYS? I wonder why I am getting this preferencial treatment? Lord knows, I am not conplaining! This is reaaalllly making Cyprigirl's thread Clean file= better service w/ CRAs? seem even more true.
Or maybe their computers are down/malfunctioning? The last time I saw a 3-day turnaround scheduled it was for 'maintenance'. Was it in my favor? YES.
Love, Were you able to get things deleted because of a glitch with there website? I have that same problem-not time for disputes but online (investigation) report says one thing and paper says something else
Never had any problems were a hard copy report states somethin different than what is displayed online (that I have noticed). I am just disputing a CA account.
