Yesterday I applied for 3 different credit cards. Today all 3 show on my report, but no score change! Can this be for real? Scrivener
Are you looking at EQ CW or EX CE? Same thing happened to me with CW. Until about 2 weeks after I applied, then my score dropped several points. If it's CE, the credit manager sometimes takes 2-4 days to update your 'score' after the inquiry/account has been posted to your report. Even though CE is instantaneous, for some reason it did not change my score even after I applied for 4 cc within 1 week!!! It only dropped my score when the first card posted on my report-then it went down 8 points! Don't know about TU
I looked for it but can't find it. I remember reading at either equifax.com or myfico.com that all inquiries are ignored for seven days. After that Mortgage are grouped to count as one and autos are grouped together to count as one. If I find the page that I read that on I will post it.
