I heard from the original ball league insurance co today. They are going to file again tomorrow just as soon as I sign papers. So it looks like they are still going to pay after 4 years! I hope so anyway. I will have a much less fight on my hands because the hospital said the only way they would remove the 3 megs was if the insurance co paid. So maybe it is looking a little better!I have my guns loaded just in case they don't remove them!!!
