3 mo clean up, how?

    This is a fascinating thread, but I noticed the info is almost 2 years old -- is all of this still valid?
    The steps, the letter, everything?

    Or have changes in the law or OC or CA practices made a different procedure more efficient?

    Also threads like this one need to be brought to the front occasionally otherwise newbies like Fatman will never see them and learn of vital information contained there in.

    I hate to ask again, but is this info. still valid? I would assume it is and if so, I'm going to use it as a basis for my disputes.

    I think this is still valid but you should change it up a little for your particular situation because the CRAs are getting use to this. You also have to be on top of everything that you do and keep meticulous records of what you dispute and for what reason. The CRAs are keeping record.

    Also if you claim that you will sue then you need to follow through with what ever you say. It can be time consuming but I have had some success with this.
