    Hi

Could someone fill me in on what the law states on these situations, I have looked but it doesnt seem to clear.

    1) If the CRA cannot verify, they delete it? I was under the impression that they would add what you requested, TU had deleted two good tradelines of mine because I disputed that I wasnt late. I wanted them paid as agreed.

    2) When you dispute with the CRA, are they required to make a notation of the dispute on your report as the investigation is in process? Such as "Consumer disputes". I have noticed Ex and Eq had...but TU does not.

    3) What does the procedure request include? I got back the address, creditor name and so forth.. is that all they are required to send? That does'nt sound like a procedure request to me.

Thanks for any info you can give
    Cheers!
