Greetings. I have disputed a Discover account twice now with Discover. Both times I've received form letter replies. One asking for more personal info (which I did not provide) and one stating that the account is reporting accurately. Both of my letters dispute the account and included a request for written evidence of a contractual agreement which they aren't sending. I'm on my third letter now. Is this the final one before taking them to court? Do I tell them that now? They also failed to report the account as disputed to any of the CRAs for either 30 day period following the receipt of the letters. Is there a better way than suing? Will the CRAs accept copies of my letters and the Discover generic replies as evidence that the account cannot be verified? Thanks for any suggestions. Sincerely, Kristine
