30/15 day clocks

    Under the FCRA/FCDPA, when does the clock officially start, the date of mailing or the date the correspondence is received?

    It would have to be date of receipt. Otherwise the whole timeline is basically a sham...

    FCRA and FDCPA says date of receipt anyway. LB is right, thats why you send CRRR.
