Hi all, I have read in several places that the CRA's are now considering all mortgage loan apps within a 30 day period as one inquiry, in the recognition that it means people are shopping around. My question: does this hold true only for mortgages, as opposed to, say, home equity loans? And further, I assume that if one falls under the policy, it would ONLY be the mortgaga apps that fall under this exemption--correct? TIA, Dave
