My mom has some 30 day lates on two auto loans.

    The credit bureaus verified them.

I have heard some stories on this board of people talking 30 day lates off a report.

Does anyone have suggestions for her? I'm the one doing her credit disputes, as she is does not feel she has the energy to deal with creditors.

I knew it! I knew it! Another one of those credit repair organizations. Do you have a Credit Repair Organization agreement or contract with your mother? What state do you live in? I want to report you to the Attorney General's office. Do you have an EIN? Have you filed all your tax returns for the taxable years 1899 through 2000? Does your mother understand that the government is investigating certain types of credit repair organizations for possible non-compliance with the FCRA?
Please have your mother fill out the following form in triplicate.
    Name of Credit Repair Company:___________________
    Contact person/Phone #:_____________________
    Address of credit Repair Company:_____________

    Yada, yada, yada, yada.
Oh yeah! If you need more room, please use the back of this form. It would be helpful for you to attach any brochures or documents she has received from the credit repair company.

P.S. Have fun trying to fill out the back side of this message.

Yeah, I'm the credit repair guru. I demand 100 FICO points per deletion, removal of six inquiries, and a $200 credit line increase from the major banks.

    My info:

Name of agency: Steph Loves Crystals and Her Books
