Have a question regarding 30 day time frame for CRA verification. I sent 3 sets of 3 disputes over 3 days(no significance to the number 3). My disputes asked for verification of the entry(s) and that pending disputes were ongoing with the original Creditor/CA, and that if verified I need the Name address..blah,blah,blah. Well I checked with Equisux online and no disputes are pending and throughout the last 30 days I have seen current copies of my Equisux CR and still no disputes showed. I have all the letters and the CRRR receipts. The 30 days past 2 days ago. Any advice?

If you dispute offline it does not show up online, in my experience.

Allow time for the USPS to get it to you.

For their answer to your dispute.

Let me make sure I understand you. You sent 3 dispute letters 3 days apart, via snailmail, cert. RRR. You got the little green cards back and it has been 30 days +2 since they received your disputes.

They also answer your disputes via snailmail, and you have to wait for their answer.

I think your request for procedure at the same time is incorrect method to use. You request procedure separately, after they verify the entry you have disputed. Shortcuts will screw up your disputing. However, I think you should allow 7-10 days after the end of the 30 days for a response to arrive by snailmail.

If I misunderstood, please clarify, and I will try again.

They have already come back verified that's why I ramped up to the procedure letter. I have hard copies of my report since I sent in the verification letters, none of the accounts show dispute in progress.

So did you send the procedure letter 30+ days ago? They only have 15 days to send you that.
