i just got verification that a 30day late mortagage payment will be removed. It was for a vacation timeshare that I paid off in full in November. The goodwill adjustment letter worked great. I mailed the letter 4/4/02 and just spoke with the supervisor and he verified and faxed the paperwork to me...... Since this is like a mortage hopefully it will increase my scores. But it will change the status to a positive. This board is great.............!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it was true. But that was my only deliquent. I used the goodwill adjsutment letter that was posted but just adjusted it and said that I was pregnant. Anyway, it worked.....
I've had good luck with those letters with Target/Marshall Fields/Lowe's/ Capital One. I'm just praying they work for Countrywide. Their entries are hurting me the most. Thanks again.
