I asked about this yesterday, but got no response.
    Thought I'd try again.

Experian dispute, CRRR date stamped 2-27.
    no reply.
Sent out a 30-day letter on 4-12, CRRR on 4-14.

On 4-15 we get the original results --
    -- report date is 3-24.
    -- postmark is 4-14 (!!!)
-- two things deleted, one verified, one "already been investigated."

So they have my letter saying they didn't reply within 30 days ... technically, I guess if the report date is 3-24 it was within the 30 days. But they didn't sent the results until 4-14, clearly more than 30 days, and more than the additional 5 days to sent it to you.

What will happen to my 30-day demands that they now have in their grubby little CRA hands?
    Will they just be ignored?
Or could they still be considered?

    Thanking in advance.

    peace,
    delilah

I don't think our ignoring you was intentional, I think it was more of "Who Knows What Evil Exp Will Do???".

They never cease to amaze me with their selective compliance with FCRA.

Oh, I didn't take offense to the lack of response.

I was just hoping someone had a similar situation and they could tell me its going to work out fine.)

I'm just sick of playing these stupid games. The CRAs don't stick to the rules!

I am one letter away from suing Equifax (CSC) if they don't clear up some BS on DH's report. I wish they all would just do what they are supposed to. URGH!

    peace,
    delilah
