My wife and I started our process and recieved our responses from our online disputes with Transunion and Experian. Everything was verified except for one small negative for each of us which was deleted. A small success, but a start nonetheless. First USA was the only one that contacted us both with a copy of our signature to prove that we had a negative account with them. We also disputed a second account each with them and they didn't contact us at all about that one. Should we pursue the ones that didn't try to verify with us?

Afetr our last dispute with Experian they will no longer allow us to dispute any TLS online. They say we either have to write or call. Which do you suggest?

Our last question pertains to our disputes with Equifax. We disputed online with Exuifax on February 1st also and have not heard a peep from them yet.. It will be 38 days tomorrow with no response. What is our next attack?

Thanks in advance for everyone's help.

Did you dispute based on information you obtained from your free annual credit report? If so, they have 45 days, not 30 days.
