I recently disputed 4 items with EQ and at the same time I disputed an old address. The 30 days were up this week and today I received a copy of my CR with the old address deleted. The CR still shows all of my disputed items as being in dispute, but none of those items have been changed even though it's beyond the 30 days. This is actually the first time I have ever had the CRA not report by the 30 day deadline. What's next for me. A letter that demands deletion because they failed to verify in 30 days? Advice on next step please.
When was the 30 days up? It could be they were just sending you an updated report on the old address, and you will receive another updated report.
