Hi, I searched the California Business Code, but I couldn't find the legal text with regards to my question: What California Code discusses 30th day mortgage payments that fall on a saturday? I am looking for the legal text because I am in a dispute with one of my lenders because I made a payment on the following Monday (November 1st), and they are insisting that it was too late. They are based in Dallas, however, and I feel that they are in the wrong.
