Because that way I could not benefit from all of your wonderful wisdom and insight.

I guess it was asking to much for you to be honest... or take a reasonable approach to this... You obviously enjoy prolonging this... Look at your earlier comments....

I'll ask nicely again, that you simply put me on ignore...

    LOL Dave,

Peas for Peace, huh? Could be a great bumper sticker!

I don't know why you always need to be stirring a pot, anamoly/bkev, whoever -- it really does take away from the overall tone and purpose of the board.

3,000 members and you're feeling picked on, perhaps it would be wise for you to take at look at yourself instead of the other 2,999.

    Leave peaceful Dave alone please!

    Spitting peas at you.

    Sassy

Here is the latest results. My credit file has come back. (too good to be true)

I am suing and I need all your help??????????

I have just received my CR that has only the 2 tradelines listed on thier. It has been more then 5 days, don't they have to notify me that they came back on my report????? I have proof that my tradelines were all in dispute in the last month and then they went off.

What can I sue them on. I am sick and tired of all these CRA'S that think they can make a mistake and not pay for it. We make mistakes and they make us pay.

I will be filing my suit as soon as I get help from all of you. Please help.

If they were deleted as a result of your dispute then yes, they have to notify you within 5 days. However, if they were not removed as a result of your dispute, they are not required to do so.

Correct. You should have a credit report with it mentioning the deletions if they were the result of an investigation.

Just a thought... On the hope (by no means guaranteed) that those nasty negatives aren't coming back, why don't you take the time to contact each of the creditors that had Positive tradelines deleted and ask them to reinsert them into your CR? If half of them complied, and (fingers crossed) the others don't show back up, what a stellar Credit Report you'll have!
