There are 4 liens on a property and there is a sheriff suppose to come and take the TV's from it from a Judgment. Now from what I understand for them to take the TV's for the Judgment they must pay the liens first and then they can take the TV's. Liens are around the 370k and Judgment is for 1k. Do I call the sheriff or the lawyer that has the Judgment. This is in PA.
There is a lien on your real estate? That's different from personal property. Now if you owed someone for the TV's you might have a leg to stand on.
It would depend on whether the TVs are considered fixtures. Permanent attachment to the premises (by whatever means) could trump the ability to repo them. Is the judgmentholder the same outfit that sold the TVs?
The Judgment is for advertising and the TV are on the wall mounted. Also the bank owns them since there is a hard money loan and and they where on the loan as for collateral.
Make it clear to whoever comes to do some levying exactly what's on UCC-1s and other creditors' schedules. If they still take things, just document your objections.
