WHO did they verify with... WHAT address did the verify with... WHAT is the phone number of the person that verified the information... DO YOU HAVE WRITTEN PROOF OF WHAT WAS VERIFIED???
TRANS UNION sometimes verifies by "LOOKING" at their computer screen to see what it says!!! Yes you were 24 times late on your CAPITAL ONE account!!! VERIFIED!!! Trouble is that your account is 2 months old!!! And you made both payments (ON TIME) 2-5 days after the statement was cut!!!
