should i mail the scheduels to the CRA and ask them to remove the listed items in BK or should I call the creditors?

I FILED BK 13 IN 1996. THE ACCOUNTS OVER 7 YEARS OLD WERE REMOVED AUTOMATICALLY. JUST ORDER YOUR REPORTS FIRST AND SEE. THEN POST AGAIN FOR ADVICE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK!!

I would never send anything to a cra that may contain something that could end up hurting you. If you have bk related accts that are over 7 years old and still reporting, I would send a simple dispte to the cra's advising them that the certain accts are obsolete and should immediately be deleted.

My reports state the 'accounts' themselves will be removed 7 years from the date I filed. The public record stays for "up to 10 years".

I agree, don't send anything. Just dispute or call, they should come off seven years from the date you filed.

    THanks for all your answers.

Some of the items she has listed say charged off some say bankruptcy. When I send my dispute to the CRS's should I point out which ones are in BK?

Can I list all of her accts. that are obsolete or do should i do 4 wait a whole cycle then do 4?

Thanks in Advance you guys are great!

Don't point out anything now, just dispute as outdated - past the 7 yr reporting time.
