   I just checked Exp, and my score is 723!!
   My balance transfers hit, and Citi hasn't updated them yet (no surprise). All derogs are GONE.
   I'm sure when Citi does update (credit available will go from 98% to 80%) and when my mortgage hit, I'll be bumped back down to reality again!
   But it sure feels good right now!!!

   Happiness is 723 on your report even though you know it is soon to be a memory. )
   
   Congrats on the score...The revolving balances will revolve...and after the mortgage hits your score may take a dip, but it should rise again to soon surpass the 720's and venture to infinity and beyond.
