    what kind of scores do you need to get an 80-15-5 loan. i dont want to have to pay pmi.

    I'm going to go out on a limb and say 680. The banks that my husband and I have spoken with state this is the magic number. I'm sure there are some banks that will do an 80-15-5 loan with a lower score though. Hope this helps.
